Three purchase options are available to you:

Option 1: Use our secure shopping card.

Option 2: Request that we send you a PayPal invoice.

Option 3: Pay via check using our Season Ticket request form.

Order your tickets using our secure PayPal shopping cart.

[2] Select checkout when ready.
[3] Provide credit card or PayPal account information. Payment is processed by PayPal.
[4] Your purchase request will automatically be sent to FOOTMAD.
[5] Your tickets will be mailed to you.

Regular: $90 Select number of tickets in the cart.
Student: $45 Select number of tickets in the cart.
Donate: you choose the amount ... Your donation helps support FOOTMAD our concert series. FOOTMAD is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Your donation is tax deductable.

Order your tickets via e-mail. Receive a custom PayPal invoice.

[2] Tell us how many regular and student tickets you wish to purchase.
[3] We will create a custom PayPal invoice and e-mail it to you.
[4] Click on the payment button in the e-mail. PayPal will process your credit card payment or debit your PayPal account.
[4] Notice of your payment will automatically be sent to FOOTMAD.
[5] Your tickets will be mailed to you.

This option is essentially equivalent to the Shopping Cart option above. If you are selecting several items, with this option, you do not have to go back and forth between clicking "Add to Cart" and "Continue Shopping" buttons.

You may purchase your season tickets using your personal check.

[2] Print the form, and
[3] Mail with your check to FOOTMAD. The address in on the form.
[4] Your tickets will be mailed to you.

* The form is an Adobe PDF document. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader or a similar PDF reader installed on your PC to open and view the form.

** There is a space on the form to allow you to enter credit card information. You can use this option to provide your credit information rather than using our shopping cart. If you choose this option, we will process your credit card via our secure PayPal merchant account. However, it is more secure for you to provide the information via the shopping cart.
