Instructions
Add items to your registration one at a time.
[1] From the selections below, choose items to add to your Whitewater Whirl shopping cart. The contents of cart will be displayed each time you click on "Add to cart". [2] In your cart, click on "Continue shopping" to return to this page. [3] Continue adding items to your cart until it contains all the selections you need for the weekend. Then click on the "Check out" button. [4] On checkout you can pay with your credit card or your PayPal account. [5] We will send you an email confirming your registration and request additional information. You can provide that information via return email. Registration fee
Regular - adult: $85
Regular - youth: $40 Youth = 30 or younger on 4 May 2012. Early bird: Early bird discounts Scholarships: Want to reduce the cost of your registration? We have a total of 40 volunteer hours available. We will reduce the total cost of your registration fee by $10 per volunteer hour. You must pay the entire registration free in advance. We will reimburse you for volunteer hours after the end of the weekend. Indicate number of scholarship hours desired. We will try to accommodate you if we have enough volunteer hours remaining. When we receive your registration, we will send you a confirmation email. You can request a scholarship option and number of volunteer house needed via return email. Guest of dancer: You can bring a non-dancing guest. Guests: * will not be charged a registration fee. * may not participate in dances or workshops. * must purchase meal plan, if dining onsite. * must purchase onsite lodging, if lodging onsite. * may participate in any paid outdoor activity at the same rates as dancers. At the door admission: Only if space available. Onsite admission for the weekend will be: adult - $100, youth - $50. If we are able to offer per dance rates, the admission per session will be posted on www.WhitewaterWhirl.org one week prior to the Whirl. Onsite meals
To plan meals, we must receive your meal request by April 30.
Meal Plan: $50 - Includes 5 meals: Saturday - breakfast, lunch, dinner. Sunday - breakfast, lunch. Friday dinner option: $5 Includes: Soup, cheese and scones. Available 6 to 7 pm Friday evening. Food allergies: When we receive your registration, we will send you a confirmation email. You can notify us of a food allergy via return email. Vegetarian: When we receive your registration, we will send you a confirmation email. You can request a vegetarian meal plan via return email. At the door meal plan: Limited number of meal plans may be available at the door. Late-date meal plans will cost $55. Availability will be posted on www.WhitewaterWhirl.org one week prior to the Whirl. Dance snacks
Snacks: All participants either bring a contribution for the dance snack table or pay $5 toward purchase of dance snacks. Last year the snacks were delicious, nutritious, and plentiful .... let's make this year better!
Dance snack buyout: $5 Onsite Lodging
Choose onsite lodging in a cabin or tent/car camping.
Onsite lodging in a cabin: $5 per bunk per night Friday and Saturday night only. Onsite tent/car camping: $5 per tent per night. Fri and Saturday night only. Extra stay over days: Notify us if you plan to arrive early / or stay late. We must notify the park. Cabins are not open early. Camping only available. There will be an extra charge for extra days. When we receive your registration, we will send you a confirmation email. You will have to request extra stay over days via return email. Cancellation policy
Cancel before April 20: you will receive a full refund.
Cancel before April 29: you will receive a half refund. However, if the weekend reaches full capacity, a full refund can be obtained. More Information
