The Fly In Festival is a three-day bluegrass and old-time music event held July 23–25, 2026 at Robert Newlon Airport in Huntington, WV — 11th annual. The lineup leads with The Bing Brothers and Jake Krack, followed by Jason Carter, Appalachian Road Show, Kenny & Amanda Smith Band, and over two dozen more acts.
Old Time Music, Bluegrass, Americana, Skydiving, Airplanes, & Watersports along the Ohio River.
The venue sets it apart: it's a working regional airport, with the runway right behind the stage. Skydiving demonstrations and aircraft fly-overs happen through the weekend alongside the music. There's also a Thursday potluck dinner, late-night jamming, and a Saturday morning kayak float trip on the Ohio River.
Proceeds benefit Barboursville Bloodhounds, a 501(c)(3) supporting the Barboursville PD K-9 unit.
