John Brown’s Dream - The Old Time Weekend
Near Harpers Ferry WV

This retreat is exclusively about old time music jams. You are welcome to play any acoustic instrument: fiddle, banjo, guitar, bass, etc. You are welcome to clog, flat foot, buck dance, or just tap your feet. You should bring a folding chair, an instrument, and a water bottle. Expect to learn some tunes by ear, just by listening and trying to play along.

If you are a beginner, just ask someone to teach you some tunes.

If you are an expert, please help someone get started.

Do not expect any concerts, stage shows, contests, or dances. Tony & Marge lead the C Jam Workshop Saturday 11-noon!
