[1] Follow I-77 S or I-79 S to Charleston.
[2] I-77 S and I-79 S merge 1 mile north of Charleston.
[3] I-77 and I-64 merge in Charleston. Follow signs for I-77 S / I-64 E (to Beckley, WV). Go 1.5 miles.
[4] Take Exit 99 (Greenbrier St/State Capitol/Yeager Airport) toward State Capitol.
[5] Turn right at Greenbrier St. Go downhill 1 block to stop light.
[6] Turn left at Washington St E. Go 20 yards. You are entering the parking area for the State Capitol Complex.
[7] For concert parking, turn left at T intersection / Capitol Complex Security station.

[1] Follow I-64 E to Charleston.
[2] I-77 and I-64 merge in Charleston. Follow signs for I-77 S / I-64 E (to Beckley, WV). Go 1.5 miles.

[1] Follow I-64 W / I-77 N to Charleston.

[4] Turn left at Washington St E. Go 20 yards. You are entering the parking area for the State Capitol Complex.

Greenbrier Street Parking
FREE parking after 6:00 pm on Saturday.
During the legislative session each year there are restrictions on Greenbrier Street parking when the legislature is meeting.
Generally the legislature meets during the day, Monday through Friday and not in the evening. Saturday day and evening, Greenbrier Street Parking is open to the public. The parking meters are not monitored Saturday evening.The 88th Legislature of West Virginia will begin its first regular session on January 13, 2027, at noon. Regular legislative sessions in West Virginia are constitutionally limited to 60 calendar days, though they can be extended by a two-thirds vote of both houses.

Culture Center Parking Area
For concert parking, use the Washington Street entrance to the Capitol Complex. Then turn left at T intersection / Capitol Complex Security station.

On Saturday evening, the metered parking spaces are open to the public. Some spaces may be tagged “Reserved Parking”., but these space are open Saturday evening. The parking meters are not monitored on Saturday evening.

There are many accessible parking spaces in the Culture Center parking area.
For accessible parking, use the Washington Street entrance to the Capitol Complex. Then turn right at T intersection / Capitol Complex Security station.

Accessible and companion seating is available. Please request when ordering tickets so that we may reserve your seats.

Theater access is via entrances on the ground floor. No need to use elevators.

Accessible bathrooms are available in the Culture Center lobby, just outside the theater.
