John Ellison impresses with his music and voice and is one of the few remaining soul and blues legends that have made an essential contribution to the development of blues, gospel, soul and funk music in a time of great social change. Ellison will knock your socks off with his trademark energy, soulful voice and award-winning lyrics.

Opening for John Ellison will be Bare Bones - Bill & Becky Kimmons and Dock Cutlip.

Bare Bones has performed widely in the Eastern US, and has toured Ireland twice, using the Irish American Folk Park in Omagh both times as their base. Bare Bones has taught harmony singing at the famed Augusta Heritage Center in Elkins, West Virginia, and has performed on many stages throughout West Virginia, including Charleston's Clay Center, and making regular appearances at the annual Vandalia Gathering at the State Capitol.
